TWO DOORS

Same grounds, different drills.

I WANT TO PLAY

  1. Download — grab the Quickstart: core flow, three character seeds, a starter scene.
  2. Gather — 2–5 people (1 Game Guardian + 1–4 Guardians), a d20 each, sheets, a focused 90–120 minutes.
  3. Learn — walk the lesson track above. Start with The Round; it teaches everything a first fight needs.
  4. Create — concept → attributes → starting Path. Seeds in the Quickstart, full rules in The System.
  5. Run — play the starter scene. Lowest initiative acts first; add each action's AP to your clock and pass the spotlight.

I WANT TO RUN THE TABLE

  1. Prep — skim the Quickstart; print the one-page reference; read the starter scene and highlight beats and threats.
  2. Session 0 — lines, veils, and safety tools; tone and expectations; explain the round: lower acts first, actions add AP/time.
  3. Run the scene — frame hard, ask questions, cut to action. Keep turns short; the spotlight moves with initiative.
  4. Rulings & timing — Difficulty baseline 10, adjust for situation; track committed Mana, MR and psychic limits; note questions, answer between beats.
  5. After — debrief, mark alignment shifts, award XP, log adjustments. Pick the next scene.
