FAQ

Practical answers before you start.

A quick guide to how projects are scoped, how delivery works, and what to expect when you contact Tales Zone Creative Services.

What do you need from me to begin?

The clearest starting point is your goal. Tell us what you are launching, where the asset will be used, who it is for, and the tone you want. If you have reference links, existing covers, brand colors, or social examples, include them. You do not need a perfect brief — just enough for us to shape the right scope.

How long does a project usually take?

Simple projects like a single promo visual or a tailored post can move quickly. Larger work such as launch bundles, book covers, or landing pages takes longer because direction and polish matter. If you have a deadline, mention it in the inquiry and we’ll tell you honestly what fits your timeline.

Can I request revisions?

Yes. Creative work is collaborative, and refinement is part of making the final asset feel intentional. The exact scope of revisions depends on the project type and the package, but the portal is designed to produce work you can actually use — not one-shot output with no path to polish.

What final files will I receive?

That depends on the service. Visuals are delivered in the format needed for their use case. Post work is delivered as ready-to-publish copy and coordinated creative assets. Landing pages are delivered as static site files ready for handoff or deployment. If you need a specific format, just mention it up front.

Can I use the final assets for my own project or launch?

Yes — the work is created for your project’s practical use. If you have any special requirements about platform use, publication context, or handoff format, say so early and we’ll shape delivery around that. For anything unusual, we can clarify the scope directly in the project conversation.

Still unsure?

Tell us what you want to launch.

You do not need the perfect terminology. Describe the outcome, and we’ll help shape the right visual, motion, content, or web package for it.
